Dow operates manufacturing sites in 31 countries. Sixty percent of our workforce have roles in manufacturing facilities as plant operators, engineers, maintenance workers, and logistics managers. Outside of our plants Dow people are researchers, scientists, product managers, information systems professionals, marketing and sales professionals and more.
