Le management fait confiance aux collaborateurs pour accomplir leur travail correctement sans avoir à les contrôler constamment.
Je peux prendre un congé lorsque je juge qu'il est nécessaire.
Les collaborateurs sont traités équitablement quel que soit leur âge.
Je recommanderais fortement mon entreprise (à mes amis ou ma famille) comme étant une entreprise dans laquelle il fait bon travailler.
